A note about ads on this site

Hey guys,

It’s come to my attention that a few ads of a political nature have been popping up on the site. Most of these ads are about “Voting Yes on Prop 8″. I just want to let you know that I am in NO way endorsing such political stances. That is not where I stand on that particular issue. These ads have been generated by Google Adsense and I had no control over the placement of the ad on the site.

I am working on getting these types of ads banned from the site, since this is a health and fitness blog, not a political blog. I’m sorry for the inconvenience!
