Andrew, I read your reply to my comment on Zen Habits…I am game and looking for new answers because the old ones are not working….How would be work this? and what would it cost?

What happened to their site? Is it down? I’ll have to try and remember to check it out later to see if it’s up or not. That’s really strange, especially because that’s a pretty popular site!

Hi Andrew,

I just read your guest post, and loved the tips. The most important thing you mentioned was that this must be a permanent life-style change. When losing weight and getting fit and healthy, we don’t just do it once and say, “There. That’s done.”

Kudos on getting fit!

yeah, the whole site seems to have been replaced by one of those crappy catchall sites. even my bookmarks dont work anymore. did he screw up and lose his domain? or is my comp just fubar? is there anywhere else i can read the post?
