It’s part 2 of Delicious Mondays and I read some really good articles this week. Also, one of Go Healthy Go Fit’s video tutorials on jump rope plyometrics was included in this week’s edition of weekend link love over on Mark’s Daily Apple. Rusty Moore from The Fitness Black Book posted a guest article written by Scott Kustes of The Modern
Forager explaining the four types of fats and how to understand the role each one plays in our diet.
Mark Sisson of Mark’s Daily Apple wrote a great article on the health benefits of coconuts and how they fit into a Paleo diet. The article also provides a video tutorial on how to open those pesky coconuts!
Kelly Turner from Grounded Fitness posted a video tutorial on a unique ab workout. It shows you how to do kettlebell sit ups.
Kristen Seymour of That’s Fit wrote an interesting article giving her take on one of my favorite days of the week: the cheat day!!
Christian of Just A Guy Thing wrote an awesome article on how to improve your physique without lifting weights.
