Delicious Mondays!!

Posted on Nov 17, 2008 by Andrew in Link Love .

It’s Monday and that means it’s time for Delicious Mondays where I share with you my favorite articles of the week. Ah yes, what little gems have I found while surfing the net in search for a better understanding of health and fitness. Quite a few good ones. So let’s check them out:

That’s Fit wrote a cool article about which berries top the antioxidant chart, which is of course meaningful to any Paleo eater!

Mark’s Daily Apple wrote a very interesting article on the issue of statins and how they may not be all that they’re cracked up to be!

Fat Man Unleashed gives a few tips about how to pick the right gym.

We Heart World wrote a post about how recent trends point to a major drop in organic food prices, which definitely got me excited!

Then last but certainly not least, please check out my guest post on sexual politics in the gym over at Grounded Fitness. Thanks Kelly!

I’m starting something new this week for Delicious Mondays. I would like to know what YOU found Delicious recently! Please post links (relevant to health and fitness of course) in the comments section of this post and the winner will be included in next weeks edition of Delicious Mondays!!

I am going to do the selfish terrible thing and link to myself! Post on Defeatist Attitudes. I think you will find it delicious!

But for a less selfish recommendation. Charolette has a great post on recession causing people to eat less meat and more fast food. Wait.. what?

    SoG,

That’s exactly what I’m looking for, I want capable self promoters BIG TIME!!! Because you know what you are talking about AND you’re not afraid to let people know it! But seriously, if you ever think that you’ve got a post that would benefit the faithful readers of Go Healthy Go Fit, put it in the comments section.

    Thanks for the comment!!

    All the Best,

    Andrew
