Eating Healthy During Bad Economic Times

The past few weeks has seen some unbelievable hits in the stock market. We’re all familiar with what happened to companies like AIG and Washington Mutual. So with that said, is eating healthy practical during such an economic crisis? Well, I truly believe that your health should come first. We’re going to bounce back from this financial situation, but letting good eating habits fall under the “not important” category may develop into a different lifestyle of bad habits that has the propensity to last.
