Heavy bag lifting
Posted on Nov 13, 2008 by Andrew in Video Tutorials .
Hey guys! It’s Video Tutorial Thursday time again, and today we’re gonna take a look at a workout you can do for free. All you need is a duffle bag filled with sand, some stairs and proper breathing! So here we go!
Also, if you want to see how to make your own sandbag, check out this post by Mark’s Daily Apple showing you how to make a sand bag and what to do with it!
P.S. I know it looks like I was winded by just one set of stairs, but keep in mind that I had done 6 takes before the one you see above, so I was a little tired!!

I think that’s why it’s smart to do the exercise at the end of the video tutorial, so that way you know if you’ve at least got a take worth rolling with and you don’t get all tired out like I did!
And no, it’s not weird! It’s just not something I thought anyone would ever notice, hahaha
Thanks for the comment!
All the Best,
