How To Do The Floor Wiper Workout

Ok, so first off let me say that while shooting the first four takes of this, I managed to get so out of breath that I called these “Floor ‘S’wipers” in the last take! If that doesn’t sell how hard a workout this is, I don’t know what will! I was reminded of these bad boys in a recent post by Craig Ballantyne called the 300 workout (after this shout out maybe he’ll take me up on my offer for a guest post, hint hint Craig). Maximum precaution is necessary for this workout due to the nature of the position, the amount of overhead weight as well as the stability required to perform it. Make sure you’ve got a spotter handy.
